This is the 2004 Catalogue for iNutritionals. It showcases their own product line with supplementary products from affiliate companies. There are many examples of virtual product shots throughout the catalogue. This catalogue is an excellent example of production control as shown in the consistency of style and color themes. It still allows for variances from section to section to help visually separate and organize the information.

This is NOT a photo! It is a virtual image created in Adobe Photoshop by using the graphic label file (created in Adobe InDesign) and illusionarily wrapping it around a cylinder. Add shadows and highlights for a convincing effect!

There are several important advantages to virtual product shots.

• Create product shots without waiting for the product to be produced
• Maintain consistent color and lighting from product to product
• If the product is changed, the product shot can be changed very quickly
• Once a template is built, product shots for new products with similar packaging can be created on-the-fly.
